This is the very first show completed in August 2005. It surely was my learning project and it represents many, many, MANY hours of reading tutorials on the net, reading message forums and trying to make sense of what I was reading. It was a long process and I was so pleased to finally be able to put a show together.

A robin "couple" set up housekeeping on my daughter's porch in 2006... high up near the ceiling. For the early pictures in this show, she climbed up on little ladder and held the camera up high and aimed it at the nest, not sure just what kind of picture she might get. She got some wonderful pictures and sent regular emails to keep us posted about the daily progress of this little bird family. The words (except for the odd "editorial comment" and some slide titles) are excerpts from her emails. I think it's a lovely story.
